How do I cancel my booking?

Cancellation bands

• 24 hours or more before pickup: no cancellation charge.
• 12 to 24 hours before pickup: 50% of the quoted fare.
• 6 to 12 hours before pickup: 75% of the quoted fare.
• Less than 6 hours before pickup: 100% of the quoted fare.

Bookings made within 24 hours

A booking made within 24 hours of pickup has a 15-minute free cancellation period from confirmation. After that period, the normal timing bands apply based on the remaining time before pickup.
