How do refunds work?

How cancellation and amendment refunds are reviewed and returned.

When a refund may apply

A refund may follow an eligible cancellation, a lower-priced approved amendment or another reviewed payment adjustment. The amount depends on the booking, timing, payment method and applicable cancellation rules.

Return timing

Where approved, refunds are normally returned to the original payment method within a reasonable time. The final appearance in your account can depend on Stripe, your card issuer or bank. Payment processor or transaction fees may be non-refundable where applicable.
