Flight information, delays and early arrivals
Provide accurate flight details and tell RTS Black when arrival information changes.
Information to provide
- Commercial flight number, or tail number where requested for private aviation.
- Expected arrival time and selected airport terminal or FBO.
- A suitable pickup buffer for immigration and luggage collection.
Early or delayed flights
RTS Black may adjust pickup timing where usable flight information is available. You should still contact the Booking Team promptly if the flight, terminal or expected arrival time changes, and review the updated booking details.
