How do airport pickups work?
Plan an airport pickup using flight arrival time, terminal and a pickup buffer.
Before you book
Choose Airport Pickup, select the airport and terminal or FBO, and provide the flight number, expected arrival time and destination. Add passenger and luggage details so the selected vehicle is suitable.
Your selected buffer is added to the flight arrival time to create the planned chauffeur pickup time.
At the airport
Meet & Greet is included where applicable. Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting after the planned pickup time used for the booking; additional waiting can be charged.
Which airports do you cover?
RTS Black frequently serves Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted, London City, Farnborough and Biggin Hill, with additional airport routes available on request.
