How do I make a booking?
Follow the four booking steps from journey details to secure payment.
Make a booking online
- 1Choose your service and enter the journey date, time, locations, passengers and luggage.
- 2Review the suitable vehicle classes and select the class you prefer.
- 3Enter the passenger and contact details, including flight information where required.
- 4Review the journey, accept the Terms & Conditions and complete payment where required.
Confirmation
Submitting details or starting payment does not by itself confirm a journey. Keep the booking confirmation and public booking reference that RTS Black issues after acceptance.
Are corporate and event prices shown before booking?
Corporate and event journeys can be booked online by entering journey details and choosing a chauffeur class. The fare is shown before confirmation, based on the route, journey time, distance, selected class and booking type.
