Private aviation, drop-offs and airport charges
Understand private terminals, airport drop-offs and separately charged airport costs.
Private aviation and airport drop-offs
Selected private terminals and FBOs appear in the airport picker. For a drop-off, provide the pickup address, airport, terminal or FBO, date and time. A flight number is not normally required for an airport drop-off.
Parking and terminal charges
The current Terms and booking rules allow airport parking and airport drop-off charges to be added separately where applicable. Review your booking and contact the team if you need clarification about a particular airport.
Are airport transfer prices fixed?
Review the fixed transfer fare shown for your booking. Waiting beyond the included 60-minute allowance can incur additional charges. Contact the Booking Team before confirming if you need clarification about which fees are included in a particular fare.
